Hot and Cold gel Pack

Shin Dorn hot cold gel pack has as following features.

1. Freezer and microwave safe.

2. Non -toxic and reusable, discard the product if the gel pack is punctured, if contents come into contact with skin or clothing, please wash with warm water and soap.

3. Pass the test method of 16 CFR 1500.43(a) METHOD B. Fit U.S.A standard.

4. Various ways use. It is a best and necessary health care goods in our house for your choice.

a). Cold compress use, place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours, remove from the freezer and place pack into mesh pocket and apply or no more than 20 minutes. It is effectively reduce the temperature.

b) Hot compress use, place in microwave safe container and cover with water, Heating time depends on power of your microwave. Heat for 1 minutes (Base on 600 Watt microwave, more powerful microwaves may require less time). Remove and test temperature before using. If additional heating time is required heat in 15 second intervals. Check temperature between each interval. Place hot gel pack into belt mesh pocket when using.

c) Bring approximately 4-8cups of water to boil and remove from stove, place the get pack in the water for 5 minutes, remove and test temperature before using, When pack reaches desired temperature remove and place pack into mesh pocket when using.

Doctors recommend cold or warm therapy for up to 20minutes each session. Do not repeat another session for at least 1 hour.
